The Sold on Kapiti boys were great. As I had already moved regions, Chris kept me up to date with everything that was happening with the sale. Karl and the Sold on Kapiti team did a fantastic job in selling our property in December of 2019. Karl was the lead agent for our property and really helped to make the often stressful business of selling a house stress free for me. Karl kept me up to date on interest and open home attendance. The team did a great job in marketing the property, within a 2 week marketing period, and I was particularly impressed with the quality of the brochures as well as the video, and their use of social media in addition to normal websites Got a great result just in time for Xmas and definitely will use Karl and the team again in selling again.

Great sale with a fantastic outcome From start to finish the Soldon Kapiti team were professional and polished and worked hard to deliver the final sale outcome. Everything ran smoothly and simply. The printed brochure handed out to all open home visitors was a great idea as it gave them all the essential information and showcased the property withe several photos. I can highly recommend this team.

Just wanted to give feedback about Karl in particular. He has been wonderful! While I appreciate the agent’s role is to act on behalf of the vendor I felt equally that Karl was acting for us and our best interests. He was up front with us from the start about what the vendor was looking for, there were no guessing games which was fantastic- being a first home buyer is confusing and frightening enough! Even when we had a bit of a bump in the road Karl kept us fully informed always. Karl made the journey to buy as smooth and fun as he could. He is a star!

These guys were simply awesome. They looked after us really well and showed great enthusiasm and professionalism when selling our home. Always kept in touch and up to date with feed back and got us several offers. Negotiated well to get us a good price. We were very impressed with their marketing We love you 3 guys almost equally - but Karl we have a slightly softer spot for you as you were our main point of contact!

Wanted to state that the Soldon Kapiti team have been amazing and in fact I now value them as friends, they even offered to help me move in, buy me beers and come out fishing with me, all of which I wouldn't normally do with a Real Estate Agent. I think this sums it up for me, normally your relationship with your Agent is a Love/Hate one whereas with these guys it was different. Especially as a Purchaser normally when working for the Vendor the Purchaser becomes a bit second fiddle and again with these guys it didn't feel like that and I know that the Purchaser loved them to, as I meet her at Pre-purchase and she raved about them. Their local Knowledge and market knowledge was second to none. What can I say apart from I highly recommend Chris, Sanele & Karl the Soldon Kapiti Team.
